Things to note

Arrival/departure

In the case of delayed arrival or early departure, we will calculate the bill for the room based on the booking that was made originally. The reserved rooms are only kept free until 6pm unless we are informed of a later arrival.

Day of arrival: The rooms are available from 3pm.

Day of departure: Please vacate the rooms by 11am at the latest, otherwise an additional day will be charged.

Reservation/cancellation

In order to make a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. Please transfer the deposit into our account.

Cancellation deadlines - summer:

3 weeks before arrival: deposit = cancellation charge
Up to 2 weeks before arrival we charge 80%
From 1 week before arrival we charge 100%

Cancellation deadlines - winter:

12 weeks before arrival: deposit = cancellation charge
Up to 5 weeks before arrival we charge 80%
From 2 week before arrival we charge 100%
