You ask, we answer. If you still have any questions or uncertainties regarding your stay here with us, then this page is the right place for you.

  • Arrival and departure

    In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the rooms as booked. We will keep the reserved rooms for you until 18:00, unless you have notified us that you will arrive later.

    • Check-In: The rooms are available for you to use from 14:00.
    • Check-Out: Please vacate your room by 11:00, otherwise we will have to charge an extra day.
  • Reservation/Cancellation

    Cancellation deadlines:

    For cancellations in winter we charge the following fees:

    • within 7 days before arrival: 100 %
    • between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75 %
    • between 28 and 15 days before arrival: 50 %

     In order to make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is to be paid. Please transfer the deposit to our account.

    In order to avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

    Should entry restrictions for Tirol from your country of origin have been announced, or serious restrictions apply to our hotel operations, you can cancel your holiday at any time without cost.

  • Terms of payment

    For all reservations a deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost is required. You can settle your bill in Hotel Alte Post by cash payment, with Maestro, EC-card and all customary credit cards (VISA, Euro-/Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club). Unfortunately, payment by Swiss Postcard and cheque is not possible!

  • Dogs

    Your four-legged friends are welcome in our hotel. 

    We charge from €25.00 per night without food for your pooch. Please understand that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the dining room, restaurant and wellness zone.

    Late Check-out: Should your room not be required on the day of departure you have the option of a late check-out. Our reception will let you know.
